Whole30 - Day 17

Matt and I celebrated Father's Day at his parents' house.  Matt planned a delicious menu of grilled Italian sausage with peppers and caramelized onions.  As Paleo as those sausage would be any other month of the year - they didn't quite fit the bill for a Whole30, so I packed my own protein.

Breakfast:
1 cup bone broth


Lunch:
Grass-fed steak
Avocado and Tomatillo Salsa (ooh, this stuff is good!)
Turkish Chopped Salad made with the Italian dressing version (via Well Fed)


I ended up hungry later in the evening and decided to snack on leftovers...

Late Dinner:
Grass-fed grilled hamburger
Avocado and Tomatillo Salsa
Turkish Chopped Salad
Fresh raspberries in coconut milk



A very satisfying Day 17 and Father's Day.  More than half way through!
