Look At All The Healthies I Ate This Week! 4-May-2013

Lately I've been journaling some of my meals on Instagram to keep a "mental note" of the frequency in which I eat good foods that are good for me and make me feel good from the inside out.  Here is a weekly snapshot of this week's healthy eats...

Grass-fed ground beef and Wick Fowler's Taco Seasoning mix prepared and wrapped in red leaf lettuce.

Caldo de Langostinos from The Domestic Man.  This soup is fantastic!  (I ate it with a scoop of Jasmine rice.  Call the Paleo police... and tell them to stuff it.)

"The Best Chicken You Will Ever Eat" from my Well Fed: Paleo Recipes for People Who Love to Eat cookbook with a side of organic green beans roasted on the grill with Kerrygold grass-fed butter and Tutu's Organic All Purpose Seasoning from Aloha Spice Company.

Grilled summer squash and asparagus, seasoned with salt and pepper and served with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar; Grilled pork chop seasoned with Organic Aloha Chicken & Pork Seasoning & Rub topped with some random yet delicious attempt at a chipotle-cherry sauce. 

When the fridge was nearing empty, Matt and I piled every leftover meat and veggie onto a plate and prepared a small side salad straight out of my garden.  It was the best of the week's best all in one night!
